  1. I would love to attend the crochet class. I am a proficient knitter but have always wanted to dabble in crochet. The Sydney store has such a nice atmosphere and attending a class surrounded by yarn is just the thing!

  2. I would love to attend Learn to knit is Sydney… i have just started teaching myself from YouTube, but i dream of knitting help while not being climbed on by small kidlets.

  3. I would like to attend Crochet class stage 3 – Morris & Sons provide the best classes. I would love to learn how to read patterns more to expand on making more things.

  4. I would love to attend learn to crochet stage 1 in Sydney. I am an intermediate knitter but I just can’t seem to get the hang of crochet. There are so many beautiful things I want to hook!

  5. I would love to attend knit stage 2 in Sydney. I only just started last year, but I’ve really enjoyed knitting and would love to keep going to eventually make my own socks!

  6. I would love to do the Learn to Knit Lace- in Melbourne. It would be a great opportunity to meet other knitters and do a bit of shopping at your store. Lace Knitting has been the one thing I would just love to learn and I learn better attending a class then fudge my way through a book.

  7. I would love to learn Knit Stage 1 in Melbourne. I’ve done lots of crochet but I always want to learn to knit.. It would be a great experience and the best wedding anniversary present for myself if I win

  8. I would love to attend learn to knit socks in Sydney. My children keep climbing into my bed at 3am with the most dreadfully cold feet. If they had warm socks to wear to bed then the 3am wakeup would be a LOT less unpleasant. It would be a real mercy if I could knit socks.

  9. Thanks to Joey and her brilliant beginners class the other month, I have now knitted a scarf & hand warmers. I would love to learn how to knit cables.

  10. Would love to win a Melbourne class so I could treat my boss for her birthday this week – she deserves some knitting joy! Good luck to all 🙂

  11. I gave up smoking three months ago and with the suggestion of a dear friend started knitting…I am completely hooked…I have made three scarves and really need to expand my repertoire…I have taught myself up til now but a professionally run class would be wonderful as would the opportunity to meet other knitting obsessed characters. I think I am probably up to Stage 2 knitting now…Sydney is my preference.

  12. I’m interested in doing Learn to Crochet – Stage 1 at the Melbourne store. I decided that this is something I want to do after accidentally stumbling upon the Melbourne store yesterday and falling in love with the yarn and sample crocheted scarves you have around the store. 🙂

  13. I would like to attend Learn to Knit Cables in Sydney. I have made one simple cable jumper a long time ago but would love to get tips and learn skills from the experts.

  14. I would love to attend the Learn to Knit class in Melbourne. I learnt how to crochet a few years ago, and I love to crochet, but I would also love to learn to knit. Knitting seems to produce a softer or drapier finish to garments and scarves.

  15. I would love to do the learn to knit lace lesson in Melbourne. I think lace looks so beautiful and I have quite a few lace shawl patterns stashed away. My problem is I am so nervous to start because it looks difficult. I would love someone to teach me the basics and put my mind at ease! 🙂

  16. Would love to attend the Learn to Knit Cables in Sydney on 7th July. Have been wanting to learn to knit cables so this would be a perfect course!

  17. I’d like to do “Learn to crochet stage 2” on 24 August. I’m self taught – used to make dolls clothes as a kid – but would like to learn the proper way to change colours etc.

  18. I am going class crazy this term – I have enrolled in how to knit cable, knit stage 2 and fair isle in Sydney. I would love to do amigrumi crochet too – but couldn’t afford it this term! Please pick me!!

  19. Hello, I would love to take finishing garments in Melbourne! I’ve taken your sock class and it was excellent, but I do need help with finishing. Button bands, don’t know how to do that!

  20. Learn to knit sounds good! I’ve had a number of false starts with it, so maybe now is the time to actually learn properly!

  21. I love knitting, but procrastination always sets in once the pieces are knit and I have to start the next phase… I always feel like I’m not doing things right, haphazard seams, awkwardly sewn in ends, just making it up when it comes to sewing on buttons… The ‘Learn to Professionally Finish your Garments’ in Melbourne would be an absolute lifesaver! I set you the challenge – can you break my project finishing procrastination habit? Go on, I dare you! 😉

  22. I’d love to win the Melbourne Learn to Knit class for my daughter who is at university and trying to teach herself to knit from the Internet.

  23. I have been wanting to do your professionally finishing a garment for awhile, I missed out on your last session. I am trying to start up a new business for my knitting and am keen to know more about finishing my product off professionally. This class would be great for me and I would really appreciate all the help I could get!

  24. I’d love to do a crochet class in Melbourne. I can do a simple granny square and have made a couple of blankets. But I’d love to be able to do other square designs as well as stripes and zigzag patterns. Would the class cater for that?

  25. I can do basic crochet but would love to do the stage 2 crochet class in Sydney on the 20th July to improve my crochet skills and pattern reading. Plus I love the look of the project the class teaches.

  26. I really, really want to learn to knit an oversized cable knit throw and possibly some baby clothes for my friends children. My grandma always tried to teach me when I was little but never had much success. Now i am older i am determined to learn and start making beautiful things that she would be proud of. There is so much satisfaction in making things from hand. I would LOVE to win a class in your Sydney store. My knitting needles are crossed 😉

  27. i am a recent convert to knitting – i’ve made more scarves than i really need and would love to learn more =) thanks morris and sons, look forward to visiting your melbourne store soon!!

  28. I would love to do one of the upcoming Learn to Knit Cable classes in Melbourne, because I’m lusting after a toasty cable-knit headband to get my ears through Winter.

  29. I would really like to do the Learn to Cable workshop in Sydney on 7/7/2013. It’s many years since I knitted anything but plain/purl I can manage but cabling has fallen out of my head. They look great on any jumper/cardigan/beanie/etc and as I am going to Scandinavia next year I need to get it right! Also just being in your Sydney shop is

  30. I’d love to attend the Sydney learn to knit stage 1 on the 19th. I’m proficient with crochet but I’ve tried to teach myself to knit and failed dismally. Plus I’m pregnant with my first child so learning to knit would double the cute patterns available!

  31. I attended the crochet beginners course over a year ago, and it was fantastic. I was a total novice who had never crocheted a stitch in her life! And I walked away being able to do basic crochet. After further practice and honing my new found skills I am now very confident with the basics. And I’m ready to take the next steps to progress my beautiful crocheting !

  32. I would love to do the Finishing course in Melbourne – my garments often end up sitting around in pieces. Obviously the Garment Finishing Fairy hasn’t made it to the Southern Hemisphere, so this class would help me empty out my craft room, and fill up my wardrobe!

  33. Would love to win either Melbourne learn to crotchet or finishing garments course – couldn’t finish a recent baby cardi in time because didn’t know how to crotchet the finish – also have trouble keeping my work neat when putting it together!!

  34. Crochet has eluded me forever. Just where do I find the loop to crochet into? It’s like I needed special glasses for crochet and I’ve got 20/20 vision! I’d love to come to the Melbourne class on the 6th and I’d love to try to get my 14 yr old daughter along too. Then we can do a granny squares blanket together. Something for a new forever.

  35. Hi Morris and Sons, for the past 2 years I’ve taught myself (thanks to videos, YouTube, books, magazines, friends and some persistence!) to understand the knitting basics. I’m a bit slow but with practice I’m sure I’ll improve. To help me along, I’d love to come to the ‘Learn to knit Stage 2’ workshop in Sydney on 27th July. It would be great to learn how to knit a beanie – something that has eluded me thus far. Great gifts for family and friends during the winter months too!

  36. I would like to further my knowledge of Crotchet, with a 2nd stage class. It would be great to be in the inspiring atmosphere of your Sydney store.
